服務介紹
病人持有他國護照。(中華民國以外的護照)
Are holding a valid foreign passport.
病人不具台灣健保身份。(需填寫自費切結同意書)
Are NOT enrolled in Taiwan's National Health Insurance Program (there after NHI).
病人同意來台接受治療的所有醫療費用(含門診、檢查、住院、手術、回診)，將全數採國際醫療收費標準處理。
Are able to support the full expenses for international patients including the first clinic visit, subsequent hospitalization, surgery, and follow-up visits.
★ 請注意：大林慈濟醫院國際醫療中心所安排的服務，並不屬於台灣全民健康保險的給付範圍，所有費用皆須由病患自行支付。
如果您是台灣全民健康保險的被保險人，您可以直接進入並使用本院門診預約掛號系統。
★ Important Notice： Services arranged by the International Medical Center of Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital are not covered under Taiwan's National Health Insurance program. All expenses must be borne by the patient. If you are a subscriber to Taiwan's National Health Insurance, you may directly access and utilize the outpatient appointment registration system.
