「醫療是守護生命的磐石、教育是守護慧命的磐石」，慈濟的醫療與教育理念交互輝映。本院秉持著醫療與教育無國界的信念，規劃並提供各專科臨床培訓課程，分享本院先進之醫療衛生專業知識、技術及經驗，邀請國外各專業醫事人員來院學習，將台灣及本院的醫衛強項行銷全球，並提升國際能見度。期待能夠培植全球各國國際醫療衛生人才，建構其專業能力，並有效提升當地醫療服務品質，此外，將慈濟人文帶入醫療，尊重生命，讓醫療更有人性，以共同實現全球永續發展的目標。

目前本院提供中醫部、關節中心、放射腫瘤科、骨科部、腸胃內科等科別的專業臨床課程，其他專科受訓課程將陸續上線。

Medical Care and Education: Pillars of Life and Wisdom. The philosophy of Tzu Chi’s medical and educational missions shine through in a harmonious interplay. Our hospital upholds the belief that healthcare and education know no borders. We design and offer specialized clinical training programs to share our advanced medical knowledge, techniques, and experience. By inviting healthcare professionals from around the world to our hospital, we not only showcase Taiwan's and our hospital's strengths in medical and health services, but also enhance our global visibility.

Our goal is to nurture international healthcare talent from across the globe, building their professional capabilities and improving the quality of healthcare services in their respective regions. Additionally, we aim to integrate Tzu Chi's humanitarian values into medical care, emphasizing respect for life and ensuring that healthcare remains compassionate and humane. In doing so, we contribute to the global pursuit of sustainable development.

Currently, we offer specialized clinical training in departments including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Joint Center, Radiation Oncology, Orthopedics, and Gastroenterology, with additional specialties to be launched in the future.
