國際醫療服務中心協助就醫之病人資格與規定說明：

1. 病人持有他國護照。(中華民國以外的護照) 
2. 病人不具台灣健保身份。(需填寫自費切結同意書) 
3. 病人同意來台接受治療的所有醫療費用(含門診、檢查、住院、手術、回診)，將全數採國際醫療收費標準處理

Our International Medical Service Center serves patients who

1. Are holding a valid foreign passport.
2. Are NOT enrolled in Taiwan's National Health Insurance Program (there after NHI).

3. Are able to support the full expenses for international patients including  first-time clinic visit to the subsequent hospitalization, surgery, and follow-up clinic visits. (International patients shall not be entitled to claim for the payment from NHI.)
